These Terms form a binding contract between you (“User”) and OVR Technologies LLC (“OVR”) regarding your use of the Convert Webpage to PDF extension and website (the “Service”). Installing or using the Service means you accept these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Extension - Chromium-based browsers extension “Convert Webpage to PDF”.
  • Free Tier - core conversion features at no charge.
  • Paid Features - paid capabilities (PDF size optimization, custom page sizes, conversion with links preservation, etc.).
  • Social Sign‑In - OAuth login that supplies your email address.
  • Merchant of Record (“MoR”) - Lemonsqueezy, which processes payments, issues invoices and receipts, and handles subscriptions and refunds.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a contract.

3. Licence & acceptable use

We grant you a non‑exclusive, revocable, non‑transferable licence to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes. You must not:

  1. Reverse‑engineer or decompile the Extension;
  2. Automate or abuse the Service beyond intended limits;
  3. Use the Service to break any law or third‑party right;
  4. Convert, reproduce, or distribute content in violation of the source website’s terms of service or applicable copyright law;
  5. Process content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.

Content responsibility. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to convert, store, and distribute any content you process through the Service. OVR does not monitor, verify, or claim ownership of user content.

Repeat infringer policy. OVR may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe third‑party copyrights, in accordance with our DMCA Policy.

4. Shared content

Files shared via the share‑link feature are stored on OVR infrastructure for 30 days, then auto‑deleted. You are solely responsible for the content you share. OVR may remove shared content at any time pursuant to a DMCA takedown notice or a violation of these Terms.

5. Accounts & authentication

  • Free Tier: no sign‑in required.
  • Paid Features: sign in with social account. We store your email address and set a secure session_id cookie. Deleting that cookie logs you out and you will need to sign in again.

You are responsible for keeping your devices secure.

6. Payments, cancellation & refunds

  1. Payments are handled by Lemonsqueezy (MoR).
  2. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via the link in your receipt, or via the link in extension options (right click on the extension icon in the browser, click on “Options”, go to “Account” tab, click on “Manage subscription”), or by emailing [email protected] (all emails are replied to within 2 business days).
  3. Cancel any time. You keep Paid Features access until the end of the current paid period.
  4. Refunds
    • Full refund if you cancel and have not used any Paid Features in that period.
    • Partial refund if you cancel and have used any of Paid Features at least once in that period. Partial refund amount is calculated using the formula: amount of days left in the paid period since the day of the last paid feature use or the day of refund request, whichever is later / total days in the paid period * 100%.
    • No other refunds.
  5. EU consumers: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive you have a 14‑day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By purchasing and accessing Paid Features, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Service begins.

7. Availability & support

The Service is offered on a best‑effort basis. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee it. Support via email; target response 2 business days.

8. Privacy, cookies & DMCA

Data handling is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Copyright takedown procedures are described in our DMCA Policy. Using the Service means you accept all of these policies.

9. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service (excluding open‑source components) belong to OVR. Trademarks are the property of their owners.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. PDFs are generated from the page as rendered in your browser at the time of conversion. Page content may have been modified (for example, via browser developer tools) before conversion. OVR does not guarantee that any PDF accurately reflects the original content of the source webpage. PDFs produced by the Service should not be relied upon as authoritative or certified records of web page content.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, OVR’s total liability will not exceed US $10 or the amount you paid in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify OVR from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

13. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure outages, and third‑party service disruptions.

14. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may change the Service or these Terms. Material changes announced 7 days in advance; continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by Wyoming law. Disputes will be resolved in Casper, Wyoming courts.

16. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
